This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us, plus minimal technical data:
- Contact form submissions. Your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number, selected service, budget range and the message you write.
- Technical data. Your IP address is used transiently to rate-limit the contact form and prevent abuse. It is not stored in a database or used to profile you.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Why we use it
Contact details are used for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to carry out the resulting work. We do not add you to a marketing list without asking you separately.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered by email through Resend, and this website is hosted on Vercel. Both act as processors on our behalf and may store data outside Bangladesh. We share your information with no one else unless we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are retained for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation where it left off, then deleted. Records relating to signed contracts are kept for as long as tax and accounting obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask us to provide a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. Email info@infymerce.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, form input is validated on both the client and the server, and access to enquiry email is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not collect more than we need, which is the most effective protection available.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
