ERP System Development
Off-the-shelf ERP forces your business to match the software. We build ERP systems the other way round — modelled on how your operation already runs, and extended only where it earns back the effort.
What this looks like in practice
We start with the workflows that hurt most, usually inventory reconciliation or month-end close, and deliver those modules first. Each subsequent module plugs into the same data model and permission system, so the platform grows without fragmenting into disconnected tools.
Typical stack
- Next.js
- NestJS
- PostgreSQL
- Redis
- Docker
- REST
- GraphQL
Modular by design
Inventory, accounting, HR, procurement, CRM and manufacturing as separate modules on one shared schema — adopt them in the order that suits you.
Role-based access control
Granular permissions with a complete audit trail, so every stock adjustment and approval is attributable.
Local compliance built in
VAT and Mushak reporting, multi-currency handling and Bangla-language interfaces where your team needs them.
Integrates with what you have
Connectors for existing accounting software, bank statements, payment gateways and barcode hardware.
ERP System Development Questions
The things clients ask us most often, before the first call.
Is a custom ERP better than SAP, Odoo or Zoho?
Not always, and we will tell you when it is not. Packaged ERP wins when your processes are conventional and you want to adopt its way of working. Custom wins when your competitive advantage lives in a process no package models well, or when per-seat licensing over five years costs more than building once.
How do we migrate years of existing data?
Through a staged migration: we map your legacy schema, run repeatable import scripts into a staging environment, reconcile balances and stock counts against the old system, then cut over once the numbers match. Trial migrations run several times before the real one.
Can staff use it in Bangla?
Yes. The interface supports full localisation, and we commonly ship Bangla for operational screens such as stock entry, attendance and approvals, while keeping financial reporting in English for auditors.
