Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of this website. Client projects are governed by a separate signed agreement, which takes precedence over anything here.

Using this website

You may browse, read and share this site freely. You may not attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without written permission, scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others, or use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages.

Content and intellectual property

The text, design, code, logo and images on this site belong to Infymerce unless stated otherwise. Blog articles may be quoted with attribution and a link back. Everything else requires our written permission before reuse.

Enquiries are not contracts

Submitting the contact form starts a conversation; it does not create a binding agreement, and neither does any estimate we give during that conversation. Work begins only once both parties sign a written proposal or statement of work setting out scope, timeline, price and payment terms.

Project terms

For engagements, the signed agreement governs deliverables, acceptance, intellectual property transfer, confidentiality and liability. Our standard position is that you own the source code and deliverables in full once invoices for that work are settled.

No warranty on site content

Information on this site, including technical articles, is provided as-is for general guidance. It may become outdated, and it is not professional advice for your specific situation. Verify anything you intend to act on.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infymerce is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Third-party links

This site links to external resources we find useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes relating to this website fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
