The problem
Stock counts lived in separate spreadsheets per warehouse and were reconciled by hand every month. Nobody could answer what was actually in stock without phoning each site, and month-end close routinely took over a week.
Our approach
We modelled the existing process before changing it, then delivered inventory first so the team saw value inside six weeks. Procurement, accounts and reporting followed on the same schema, with role-based permissions and a full audit trail on every stock movement.
